Accounts Manager

The information entered in this table is of your personal accounts. This is usually the hardest to obtain if left undocumented as you may be the only one aware of this vital information. If an unexpected event were to occur, this information would provide the necessary details to insure your accounts are properly handled. Account information includes banks, savings, 401Ks, storages, credit cards and more. You can associate a contact with each account by using the contact droplist.

You can filter the table information by sub-category, by using the context bar droplist. Below is an example of the context bar. Click on the label to display the list of sub-categories. Choose a sub-category to see only those entries. Click the All... item (the first item) to see all the table entries.

Table Information

Column	Description
Category	The sub-category for grouping information. Use the context bar to filter by a sub-category.
Name	The reference Name this account.
Acct/Card Number	The Account or Card number associated with this account.
Account Type	Select the most appropriate Account Type from the droplist. Click on the field to see the available account types. Select Other if none of the types is appropriate. This information is for your use only and has no impact on the data entered.
Contact Reference	To associate a Contact with the account, select the appropriate Contact name from the droplist. You can add additional contacts by using the Contacts Manager.
Notes	Any notes to associate with this account. A good use for this field is to record related PIN numbers.
