Contacts Manager

The information entered in this table should include important contact information or physical addresses. Information that may need to be readily available if something was to happen to you. This includes information on family members, relatives, consultants, organizations and more. Contacts and addresses you enter here will be available in the form of a selection list in other categories. You can use the selection list to associate a contact to that entry. For example, the physical address of an asset.

You can filter the table information by sub-category, by using the context bar droplist. Below is an example of the context bar. Click on the label to display the list of sub-categories. Choose a sub-category to see only those entries. Click the All... item (the first item) to see all the table entries.

Table Information

Column	Description
Category	The sub-category for grouping information. Use the context bar to filter by a sub-category.
Name	The contact Name. Include first and last name if appropriate or specify an identifier for items such as physical addresses.
Address	The Street address for this contact or location.
City	The City for this address.
State	The State for this address.
Zip Code	The Zip Code for this address.
Country	The Country of this address.
Primary Phone Number	The Primary Phone Number for this contact if appropriate.
Alternate Phone Number	The Alternate Phone Number for this contact if appropriate.
Notes	Any notes to associate with the contact.
