Interview Wizard:The interview wizard is framework the RestEasytm organizer uses to present a series of questions (or questionaire) to you. The wizard starts the questionaire automatically once you create a profile. It guides you through a series of information pages, categories and questions related to the data that can be gathered for generating the RestEasy Lettertm. The wizard will keep track of which questions you have answered and where you stop as you progress through the questionaire. You can exit the application when ever you like and continue where you left off once you login. The major benefit of the interview wizard is that it guides you through the process of completing the RestEasy Lettertm rather than presenting a blank page for you to fill out. Each question in the questionaire prompts you for specific information relevant to the purpose of the letter. The questions provide examples and explains why the information is important. You can skip questions or categories not relevant to you, or revisit them later. The Question Status page works hand in hand with the wizard to track which questions you have answered and allows you to jump directly to a question or category. CategoriesThe questions are organized by the categories below. Each category represents a unique type of information that is useful in some way. Please explore each category to see the type of information it will contain. Contacts Accounts Passwords Item Location Assets DebtsQuestionsEach question of the questionaire consist of two parts. The first part is simply an explaination of the information being requested, why it is relavant and some examples. The second part is a page uniquely designed to record just that information. For example, the question asking for bank accounts will allow you to record just those accounts. There are other types of accounts you can record, but they will be filtered out for this view. When you go the the Account Manager, keeping with the currently example, you will be able to view and modify all the account types in one editor. You can also view them by sub-category such as by Bank Accounts.
Adding InformationInformation in RestEasy is presented in either a form or a table. To add information to a table simply click on an empty row and start filling out the fields. To modify a row, double click the field you want to modify. It will become editable and allow you to change the content. Some fields on a row may present an option list with limited selections to choose from. When you are finish click the Save button to save your changes. If you make a mistake editig a table, you can click the Reset button to restore the table to the lasted saved state. Information Manager will contain a context bar above the table.
