Item Location Manager

This category that lets you keep track of those important items you may use often or not so often. Examples are keys and where they are used, the location of important papers or documents, jewelry or secret hiding places. The purpose of these questions is the help you document those items you may not remember or may not have a chance to relay to someone. This information would be crucial to someone maintaining your affairs in the event you are unable to.

You may want to refer to the Important Documents section of the help for more information on the documents referenced by each sub-category.

You can filter the table information by sub-category, by using the context bar droplist. Below is an example of the context bar. Click on the label to display the list of sub-categories. Choose a sub-category to see only those entries. Click the All... item (the first item) to see all the table entries.

Table Information

Column Description
Category The sub-category for grouping information. Use the context bar to filter by a sub-category.
Name A reference Name for this item.
Location Describes the physical location of this item.
Description Use this field to add notes describing the item and it's purpose. For example, describing a Key, what it goes to and how to identify it. Some keys have serial numbers that help identify them. Record that information here.
